Give your pizza a taste of the Mediterranean with an all-new Halloumi Crumble by Eurilait.

Ingredients

  • Authentic Cypriot Halloumi Crumble
  • Grated Maestrella Mozzarella & Cheddar Mix
  • Pizza dough
  • Tomato Sauce
  • X1 Red Pepper
  • X1 Red Onion
  • Black Olives

 

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425oF/22oC/Gas mark 7
  2. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch pizza.
  3. Spread spicy tomato pizza sauce evenly over the base.
  4. Add the Maestrella Mozzarella & Cheddar mix evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the Authentic Cypriot Halloumi Crumble generously onto the base and spread.
  6. Cut your red onion and red pepper into julienne strips and place evenly.
  7. Place several black olives evenly onto the pizza and finish with a generous drizzle of quality Olive oil.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes until the cheese is oozing and the crusts become crispy and golden.
