Malhotra has gained extensive experience at Domino’s franchise operator SK Group, staring in 2008 when the business operated just 10 stores – during his tenure, the estate grew to more than 250. As regional operations manager, he was responsible for overseeing Store Performance, Operational Standards and Business Growth across multiple locations.

Boss Pizza was founded with a vision to deliver Bigger, Better and Fresher pizzas to customers, while responding to increasing demand for high-quality fresh dough pizza. The company has expanded its footprint and is continuing to roll out new locations.

The appointment comes as Boss Pizza prepares to open the latest tranche of stores in Nottingham, Mansfield, Burton upon Trent, St Helens and Edinburgh.
